Unbelievable! Angola managed to blow a four goal lead!
In a match watched by seven African presidents, including the Angolan President Jose Eduardo Dos Santos, and by an estimated 47,000 spectators, Angola disappointed in allowing a massive lead to slip.
The night started with a stunning opening ceremony which included a 10 minute firework display. A minute’s silence was then held, in memory of those who died in the attack in Cabinda, before the kick-off.
The Palancas dominated 70 minutes of the match, without any sign of collapse. Players all over the field were impressive, and once Flavio had scored 2 goals, they never looked like losing.

Goalscorers will be offered 10,000 dollars ($10k) per goal.
So far, Flavio has earned himself $30k, Manucho has earned $20k and Gilberto $10k.
