Palancas Negras ready for AFCON assault
My name is Kiko and I will be taking over the Angolan blog. I will be posting regularly and I hope everyone can share their opinions in this blog, regarding the Angolan team and the AFCON (African Cup of Nations).
This current AFCON will determine whether the Angolan team has made any progress since the World cup in 2006, or remain the same under achieving team. If they manage to go through to the quarter-finals, then they have clearly progressed and Im sure people in Angola will party all week. If they equal what they had achieved in 2006 (won: 1, drew: 1 and lost: 1), then they still have work to do. I am sure that you can guess that it will be regarded as a disaster if they fail to win a single match.

As it is in your group, it appears the palancas or SA will be heading home by the end of 1st round but yu got to pool hard and fight, wel i didnt want yu to eliminate one another, yu are all frm the Southern region, at least fight to eliminate the favourates Cameroon and Egypt.
Good, luck. We are behind you when yu smile we smile too and when you fall we too fall hard the same way
