Goncalves will consider other offers
Angolan coach Luis Oliveira Goncalves, revealed in a recent interview that he is unhappy with the amount of criticism that he gets from certain sources of the Angolan media.
Goncalves explained that while he is quite happy with his current contract, he is unhappy with all the criticism. He also implied in his interview that if he doesnt get respected enough, he would consider other offers to coach other African teams.
One of the offers that came Goncalves’ way, was from the Kenyan FA, it was revealed.
I have been annoyed with Goncalves a few times before, but right now as things stand, he is in my honest opinion the best person for the job. He knows the team inside out, and losing him now could be disastrous for the development of the team (and a major blow for the hopes of winning the Nations cup in 2010).
Goncalves’ contract is due to expire in December this year but I expect him to renew it by April if everything runs smoothly. Angola has not lost a single game at home under Goncalves. The last time they lost at home was in 2003.

With all his achievements i would like to agree that the criticism levelled at him is not just unfair but absurd, under his tutelage every target set for the palancas negras was achieved, what more does the public wants?
Angola does not have star players but the way he gets them all up for the games, mainly againt the so-called big teams. I would say think it carefully
