Angola coach Luis Oliveira Goncalves will be going to Germany this week to inspect the training conditions for the Palancas Negras. Angola will be based in the town of Celle, not far from Hannover. In other news, the rumors that Jose Mourinho would be assisting Goncalves to prepare the team appear to be little more than rumors at this point.
