Angola’s Display

manuchoAn amazing display from Angola saw them beat Senegal 3-1.
After a poor start in the first half, the Palancas came back into the second half with an incredible team spirit. In the second half, they not only played better, but also looked to be enjoying themselves more (maurito’s skill and shot is an example). The final result was such a surprise, that even the coach Oliveira Goncalves must have been shocked!

It has to be pointed out however, that the work is not quite finished yet. There is still a group game with Tunisia left, which is essential for qualification to the quarter-finals. Angola only needs a draw to make it for the first time ever into the quarter-finals.
