Angola Send a Warning to World Cup Foes
Dear Mexico/Iran/Portugal,
Those nightmares you are having tonight are about how you are going to stop the Angola express in Germany in June. After watching the Palancas beat Mauritius 5-1 today in the Cosafa Castle Cup, you must be pretty scared now. How will you ever find an answer for Akwa, who scored in the 2nd and 27th minutes? Who do you have to defend Mateus, who scored in the 53rd and 57th minutes? Do you need a little Love? You’re in luck because we have some and he scored the final goal today. Lest you think we are without sympathy, we might just let you score a goal like we did in the first minute today. We are nice that way.
Sincerely,
The Next World Cup Champions
PS You might not want to watch tomorrow’s match against Lesotho. It will surely give you even more nightmares!
EDIT: This match report says Akwa scored three Goals. Boooo-ya!

Is it true that we are playing Turkey instead of Saudi Arabia on June 2nd?

Andre – I haven’t heard anything about Turkey. I hope that isn’t the case though. They are a very physical team. I’d rather play Saudi. Either way it will be a strong test before the WC.

Too bad these games don’t air here in Brazil. Its great that you are building this high confidence.

mauritius and portugal are 2 different things

Dear Angola Team:
Akwa?
Maritius?
Lesotho?
Mateus?
I am sorry, don’t think those names sound as a nightmare to either Portugal, Iran or Mexico. What about:
Paraguay? 2-1
Ghana? 1-0
Marquez (Champions League Finalist with Barca)?
Borgetti (back as a starter in Bolton)
Franco (Semifinalist in Champions League with Villareal)
You should see the Venezuela game on Friday, and try to not have nightmares.
Sorry Pasha we are still having good dreams about the first round, its the second round we have bad dreams about.
Greetings from:
Mexico, next group D 1st place.
