Post Nations Cup Hangover

There can be no other excuse for an entirely lackluster opening leg of the Angolan Football Super Cup. In what should have been an action filled high scoring affair between two Angolan powers, Atlético Sport Aviação (ASA) and Sagrada Esperança da Lunda Norte finished with a nil-nil draw. One can only think that the top players from both team are still licking their wounds from their poor performance in Egypt. Let’s hope the second leg on Feb. 22 will show what Angolan football is all about. Anyone planning on going to it?
