Pedro Emanuel Weighing his Options
Angola fans, we are getting closer and closer to seeing Pedro Emanuel in our uniform this summer in Germany. The Porto defender said today that there is a great probability that he will agree to play for Angola if the team embraces him.
“I know the people support me but it is very important to be welcomed by the squad,” he said.
I don’t see this being a problem. Our lads are very friendly and welcoming. They want to win and they know that Pedro can provide much needed help on the backline.
“If I play against Portugal it will obviously be a very special moment - maybe inexplicable,” Emanuel told sports daily Record. “My country of origin against the country that raised me and where I became a man.”
I am so excited about this. Pedro can play!
