But I hope the staff at FAF are aware of all players who can benefit from this change. You are also right about Nando Rafael. The sheer thought a player like Kivuvu can now be persuaded as I think he has no chance playing for the Dutch national team, is just too good to be true, add to the list stelvio cruz, blaise matuidi etc, we might surprise ourselves.
