Confirmed: Pedro Emanuel to Play for Angola

The gods are smiling brightly today on Angola with news that Pedro Emanuel has agreed to play for the Palancas Negras this summer. The FC Porto defender had been wavering on whether to suit up for his country of birth, but some recent lobbying by Angolan officials has helped Pedro to offer this commitment:
