Charlton Athletic Coaches Help Angola Football

Great story today about a program that is bringing top notch coaches to Angola to train the country’s primary and secondary school teachers. Two coaches from Charlton Athletic in England were amazed by the footy madness is sweeping across Angola. Said one of the coaches:

“Angola could be a dark horse in Germany, simply because no one knows very much about them,” he said. “They’re keen and they’re fit and strong, so you never know. Their enthusiasm is unreal. I’m sure these guys will encourage so many people to play football over here. If they pass on these skills, they can touch hundreds of thousands of young people’s lives directly.”

It is wonderful to see people investing time and energy in helping to teach the next generation!
