Pedro,

Luwamo Garcia and Diangi Matusiwa are different players.

Garcia is a midfielder for RKC Waalwijk, while, Diangi plays for Den Bosch.

I agree with you regarding the more experienced coach. A more experienced coach is more likely to persuade players to join the national team.
If Angola was to have a foreign coach, he would certainly select players on form rather than by their status.

Just by glancing quickly one thing is certain, there are no shortages of strikers that may don the national team jersey. However I just think its hard, at least for now, to break into the national team set up if you are a striker.
Its plain obvious Flavio is the cog in which the Palancas rely upfront, then you get Manucho...moreover factor in the fact that angolans don't like the fact that they national team doesn't comprise of any "local" player, therefore you have to call up Love, Santana etc to shore up the national support.
I also think that Luwamo "Diangi" Garcia has already once played for the national team, and in my opinion he was mistreated has he was not given enough chances for him to establish himself, reason which I think influenced Kivuvu in stalling for playing for the Palancas as both Diangi and Kivuvu are very good friends.
Also there were talks before of Kamata playing for Palancas but he is also stalling.
That is the main reason I think it would be best to have a "famous" coach in place as it is much better and easier to convince someone to come and play for Angola when your name is Jose Mourinho, Zico or Artur Jorge than Mabi de Almeida or Oliveira Gonçalves.
